5th Annual North Shore Ripper Series 2008
The world of mountain biking has its fair share of “serious” events….you know—for pros, for sandbaggers and for those who feel the need to measure their riding performance with a stopwatch. Well, the North Shore has an event series that prides itself on easy-going riding fun. Bring on the classic North Shore riding, bring on the costumes and bring on the laughs! Ride it however you choose but the only thing we ask is that you show up ready to have some fun.
The Ripper series consists of 4 events; each with their own unique flavour. Taking the best of the North Shore trails, and spicing it up with a team dynamic, the events are as unpredictable and unpretentious as they come!!
The fun continues into the evening with post-event après parties at our favourite eatery—Bellacandella. Slideshows and videos of the day’s events confirm (or enhance) the “trail tales” and there’s always an abundance of prizes handed out.
